Thanks for checking out this latest incarnation of BuildSim™. This is a beta version of of the product which has now pretty much been ported to a code base which will allow us to port it to Windows 95™. Our goal is to provide a cross-platform solution for Simulation and Industrial Control development.
REGISTRATION for BETA TESTING
When you launch BuildSim™, fill in the registration form and send us (either by FAX or by email) the registration form (or at least your registration ID). We'll send you a password which will enable BuildSim™ to the Platinum level so that you can try out the code generation.
When we get to the final release, BuildSim will run at one of 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum. By filling in the registration form, BuildSim™ will run at the Bronze level which will be free when we get to market. In the production release of BuildSim 2.0, the Silver, Gold and Platinum editions will have price points which have not yet been determined. There are no fees for trying out the beta version.
If you register the beta version and provide us feedback, you'll get a BuildSim Silver Edition for free. You must, however, give us some constructive feedback/comments before we release the final version of BuildSim 2.0 to recieve the free Silver Edition.
CODE GENERATION NOTE
There are 4 "libraries" to support using the automatic code generator output. There is a library for each of the following platforms:
1. Mac using 68k processor
2. Mac using PowerPC processor
3. Win32
4. Java
The current version of the code generator produces either Java or C++ code.
